You did a wonderful job on the lighting. Nice. I'm not too crazy about the pose and agree with sarbrd about the makeup. Just needs to be toned down a bit-powder.

Really good lighting. Great look on the hair, again like the other, make-up looks cakey and lips need more lipstick or even apply what's there.

Very nice natural portrait. The red of the shirt works perfectly because it's the same tone as her lipstick. Nice focus and the bokeh background is great.
