Composing with the single flower broadly on the third was a good move, and the title is inspired. Despite that, though, there just isn't enough to hold my interest beyond an initial glance.
I've just glanced up the page while writing this comment, and see the photo afresh, cropped from the top, and I personally prefer that - when presented with the square image the eye is drawn to the brighter foliage at the top of the photo which gives a bit of tension.

A really good find, and intriguing cameo. I can see that you have composed to level the horizontals, but my brain is now complaining that the verticals are off - you really can't win!

Oh nice! The positioning of the acorn in the beak could ot be more perfect even if it was stage-managed. My only (tiny) criticism is the bright patch in the background above the beak. I do think that the image could cope with a bit more sharpening for display at this size, the slight softness certainly isn't a focus issue. I also wonder whether a run through Topaz deNoise would help. All that said, I really like this. 7

Perfect title! The second girl in looks as though she would rather be anywhere else! The backdrop works well for your subject, but the lighting doesn't work for you, and the image does have the feel of a quickly grabbed snap shot.

I wonder, has this been blurred in post processing rather than through depth of field control in capture? There appears to be a bit of the t-shirt, between the two bricks, that is sharp. Once seen, it throws the photo off.

An interesting use of an 'arty' filter, which has the effect of slightly sanitising the plates (no bad thing as left overs never look appealing). Works well for the challenge.

What a superb display of this pottery. For me the image would be strengthened with some perspective correction, but I do like it regardless.

I will hazard an English second hand book shop. Certainly I have been in others like this - really well captured, with the peek into the next room.

Excellent composition and title. I feel that I may like it even more with stronger contrast and deeper blacks. 8
