Ornamentalby jenesisComment: The mirrored image is a good idea, but for me, this shot needs colour. |

Find the cockpit!by B74AComment: The lack of definition on the top of the plane, and at the nose (your title is apt) spoil this for me. I also find the flat tyres some-what disconcerting..... |

roseby sigrun_thComment: Super detail and texture in the petals, and good exposure. It is a shame that the tip of another flower has just made it into the bottom right hand corner of the frame. |

Ice Blueby JutildaComment: I would have preferred the cat to be against a plain background - the dappled detail to the upper right of the frame is distracting. You have brought out texture in the coat, but I can't help but wonder if you have chosen to lighten the image in order to disguise burned out areas. Nonetheless, an apt entry. |

Frozen Tundraby ShutterPugComment: The white background that the challenge called for is presumably the sky? You have captured the barren vastness of the tundra well, but there isn't enough here to compell me to carry on viewing. The forground rocks add interest, and the far mountains bring my view back down to the wasteland, but it all seems a bit flat and uninterseting. |

snowflakeby clangley50Comment: You obviosly only read the title of the challenge, and not the instructions. Disregarding that the photo doesn't meet the challenge criteria, I think you needed a bit more work. The snowflake isn't readily recognisable as such - perhaps a little more detail would have helped. |

Greetings from Switzerland !by Noel_ZHComment: Gorgeous photo - makes for a lovely postcard. 9
Edit Just been through all the postcards for a final review, and bumped up to 10.Am I right in thinking that there is very subtle use of HDR here? The exposure is absoltely spot on, either way. Lovely work. |

Greetings from London 2006 - Back in to the pastby facesastheycomeComment: I like the idea of re-creating an old vintage style postcard, but don't feel you have quite pulled it off. There are definite exposure issues, with burnt out areas in some of the clouds and the whites of at least one of the buildings, and some areas in darkness. |

"The Three Sisters"by ThaiComment: Rather a lot of empty foreground and perhaps to many scattered sheep to be truly aesthetically (sp?)pleasing. |
