Too much empty space on left half of photo. Perhaps a closer crop of the head with that raised eyebrow look wook evoke more emotion for the viewer.

I like the b/w contrasts of the photo. Nice shot. Regarding the title & picture: it comes off to me more of a "ow, sudden tooth pain" than acting coy. Perhaps if the Eyes were directed a little more to the outside, that emotion would have been better expressed.

The skyline blue is pretty but it does not look 'real' thus that detracts from what would have been a great landscape. If you were to split the image horizontally right in the middle, the lower half is great, and the upper was over post-processed.
