	The Rose Next Door by Marina10 Comment by jerowe: Hello from the Critique club, my name is Jon Rowe, and i will be looking at your image this evening :) Composition/Lighting : this is a nice picture. i'm guessing it was rather low lighting, mainly because of the visible noise on the petals. if not, maybe some of your levels adjustments or whatnot made the noise from exposure. i think the composition of this image is excellent, couldn't be better. VERY nice job, and you should definitely be proud of this image. Challenge : it very well meets the challenge. very nice, lush pastel pink petals, and pretty good detail. i think maybe a little sharper focus would have made this score 6+, but this is still a great score. great job :) Conclusion : overall, i like the feel of this image. it's a very nice picture, and was taken very beautifully. a great addition to your portfolio :) Keep on shootin! 	What will tomorrow bring? by Marina10 Comment by Marina10: Thanks to everyone who made comments! I appreciate your honesty in regards to the picture... there were several people who saw the vision of what I was trying to create but didn't quite achieve. The breakdown is definately in my (lack of) knowledge in Photoshop. The shot lost a lot of definition and got noisey as it was saved as required for submission. The original shot is 10 times the picture that this turned out to be... lesson learned!
