R : G : Bby ArtanComment: nice, but i can't say i like the slants in the liquids. different levels, but it being level would have been better in my own opinion :) but it's your shot, i'm just scoring and commenting. 6 |

Medical Researchby losemeComment: make sure not to inject that with all those bubbles. great focus, although the end of the needle almost looks doubled with how out of focus it is. very nice though, 6 |

grow towards the light...by jenlanComment: you should rotate your seedlings, that way they won't all grow crooked. good idea though, and don't worry, mine all did the same thing this year. great focus on the dirt at the base of the seedling, although because of that, it looks like the upper leaves are not in focus quite as well. good job though, 5 |

Tiny Frogby eris_starComment: very cute tiny frog. i like that the leaf at the left hand side is in sharp focus as well, as it balances the photo :) maybe a different crop, making it more of a widescreen style would have looked good, or at least that's my idea. good shot :) 7 |

Newton's appleby PanoComment: very nice shot, i like the spotlight effect on newton and his apples. the unfortunate thing about it, is that i can see the string that's holding the apple. if i may suggest, hanging the apple at an angle may have been better, as it looks set up here. great idea and processing though :) 8 |

Plant Taxonomy: Adiantum pedatum (maidenhair fern)by fisheyeComment: i love the lines and focus here. the bright greens really draw me in, and the sharp black lines lead into a spiral. good job here, maybe some water droplets (cliche as they may be) would have been a good idea all over to add life. |

Psittacine Aviculture = Beauty & Majestyby Mystique2Comment: i like the capture and crop very much. the lack of lighting on the tail though kind of makes it fade into the background, which is something i'm not liking, as the rest of the subject is visible. great idea though, 6 |

Apothecary Past to Presentby KaDiComment: very nice shot and idea, i like the clean lines and focus. the fact that the doors are not even does not appeal to me, either that or if they'd been not in the photo at all. still, i like the idea a lot, as some of the pieces of the past are becoming much more popular in today's world. 7 |
