Yes, sleeping peacefully! What kind of event is it? I feel there is a story being told and I don't know what it is. The woman with the tissue adds a lot to the scene. It's too bad that the whites of the jacket and blanket are somewhat blown out.

This photo tells a story, which is great. To me, it looks like a regular snapshot though.

The flash distracts me from the beautiful moment. A good snapshot, though.

Touching photo, but the lady in the background blowing her nose rather distracts, and certainly takes away any feeling of peace.

I didnt vote in this challenge, but I will give some insite on what I see.

First I like the fact you are down low on your sons level it gives the proper perspective of where you want to shoot a baby/toddler from. I can see the sharpness in the photo, but I think you needed a wider apreture to get more of the face in focus. The fact that you dont see his eyes really doesnt bother me too much thought it may have been nice to see the catchlights for a more realistic view.

There is a slight color cast on the right side of the childs head, this is normally caused by different lighting temperature from the flash vs another light in the room.

I like the DOF other than what I mentioned above and the tonality in the photo.

Very interesting angle. I gave this a 6 when I voted. Although normally you need to see a persons eyes in a portrait, occasionally a new perspective is nice.

This is a wonderful photo. Surprised it did so poorly. Good exposure considering the contrast. Hope to see more of your work.
