5th day of christmas by LalliSigComment: A simple but effective composition. Soiled hands offering the rings, as a supplicant would offer something found or created in the course of their labours, but of which they are not worthy.
Love the use of (I think) tritone. |

I love the contrast between the colourless skin and the lips, eyes, rings, headscarf.
It's a shame that the nose and knuckles have lost some focus, and about the editing artefacts around the lips and nosering. |

Shooting the phoenix in the skyby KitaComment: This is a lovely shot. I love the contrast betwene the dark earthy red and the bright blue of the sky.
I might have moved the horizon just a tad higher in the frame, though. |
