This brings back memories from my childhood. I was at my aunts house and I was snooping around an old barn... I went up into the attic of the barn and I saw one of these (stuffed also)... I think I wet myself and nearly fell down the stairs.

Cool concept here... if you still have this thing around, you could always try reshooting it. This time though turn it around so the paper is in front of the metal, then you would get nice silouettes of the metal on the paper. I like the colored paper, and contrary to popular opinion I think the shallow DOF works really well.

It's actually pretty much like the shot. I didn't overlay any textures over it, just did some curves and saturation adjustment layers. It's a cool old mechanical shop that is abondoned. I want to go explore some more, but it's on a fairly busy street with lots of coppers. Maybe I'll get the courage to go... just by my looks though I'm often pegged as a trouble maker so that doesn't help matters :) I wouldn't make any trouble though........
