Downtownby aliquiComment by damjanev: It reminds me of the EUR building in Rome. Never seen it up close, but it think this is not it. The EUR has deeper windows.

I was drawn to this immediately today and then noticed I had given a 9 during voting (2010 was my first year in DPC). I love this inverted reflection technigue, and this is really well done.
