The Slanty Shantyby alanfreedComment: Weird. With the buildings being tilted I think it would have more impact if you had held the camera horizontal. That also would have allowed you to eliminate the uninteresting pavement. |

Architextureby fatLouieComment: Good composition which would be even better if there was some dissonant element to break it up. Is there a color cast or is that blue the natural color? |

Down by the Lakeby FirstyComment: Beautiful lighting and reflections. A little tighter cropping might have made the scene less busy. |

1976 Olympic Villageby ceyvalComment: Fascinating building. To my eye the photo would have been much better if the dark trees on the left had been cropped away. They pull my attention away from the building. |

Walt Disney Concert Hallby inspir8tionComment: I guess even with the surface dulled, it still reflects too much light! The dynamic range of the Disney Hall with this lighting is too great for film to capture, much less the digital sensor. As a result, several surfaces are overexposed, and the lower left shadows are almost gone. I am a little bothered by the upper edge of the building being cut off. Overall, a bold attempt to capture a beautiful but difficult subject. |
