This is a really cool building and picture, but it's a little too 'hazy' on the right side, and with the dark tones of the building I would have tried to make the sky a little more prevalent. Minor quibbles aside, I like it.

Overexposure is plentiful in this picture; you might want to try dialing down the exposure compensation a few notches (or meter for the sky)

The problems I have with this image are the 'smudged' look to it and the rather blatant halos around the building (especially on the left). I know DPC usually requires images which have a lot of punch, but I think this particular picture would be better off toning some of the adjustments down to preserve the integrity of the image.
