In the end, it's just a mask on a bunch of costume jewelry. Take more risks! Give the viewer something to interact with - evoke an emotion - tell a story in some way. Color appears to be managed well, but it's not quite as tack sharp as many DPC voters tend to like. You've done well to use the mask at an angle and use composition to small benefit, but I'll encourage you to go out on a limb next time and really think about presenting a story in an interesting way.

Initially this didn't have much impact on me. However not understanding the title I googled it and after learning its meaning the image seems much stronger. Let the good times roll indeed! Good color, red seems a little overblown (not uncommon with bright images), focus on the mask could be a little sharper. Odd bokeh effect with the reflections on the yellow beads is a little distracting.
