This is a nice shot, I love how the green complementes the yellow lines of the flower... This would be a IMO if the flower were more in focus.

Not enough depth (probably as a result of the lighting) in the flower itself. Also, the leaf/stem on the left that is almost in focus is distracting.

try not to let the framing objects "kiss" or cross your main subjects too much. straighten the horizon, not quites sharp enough, and hue shift in the blues to make them a bit more bluey than cyan.
