I like the idea but unfortunately the baloons are a little too small to be effective. The sun on the right also seems to work against the contrast of the picture which is alright on the left side.

Wow, I like this! Of course, people always look at me like I'm crazy when I'm lying on the ground to take pictures of gravel and sand! Ha Ha. What I love about this is that it is more than just a closeup picture of a rail. It's leading line takes you straight to the city skyline. The haziness of the city leads you to believe it is far far away across a blistering hot prarie. Very nicely done!

At first glance this picture doesn't appear to be related to the challenge. It does appear that there is a ball diamond in the picture but its really hard to tell that.

I can't tell what the subject is, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and guess it is a golf course. Not a bad shot, but the sky dominates so much it detracts from the subject. Compared to the sky, though, the foreground feels muddy, which further reduces the impact of what (I think) the subject is.

Pretty sky, although I'm not sure why this is B/W as I'd imagine it's spectactular in color. As for the challenge...how is this connected to the theme? What/where is the game/sport? Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but you do usually only get a second or two from most voters to make your impression. Good luck.

Nice bokeh, and I haven't even voted in that challenge yet! I do like this - but I think having a bit deeper depth of field would be nice - let us see just a bit of that second rail.
