This pic has a load of potential. Added color would have helped your score I think... it could have been as easy as throwing in a few kernels of corn. Holes in the underwear would have helped to tell a story too. Think it thru!

I remember a Frasier episode where Frasier was allowed to secretly view marketing research being conducted about his show. In a room full of people, *one* person said they didn't like his radio show, everyone else loved it... Frasier obsessed about the one negative comment. You scored a win with a lot of people, don't take the handful of negative comments to heart.

And if we're keeping score on originality, let's start counting the long exposure beach scenes; pet portraits; tone-mapped portraits of old people; black and white with a splash of color; use of photos within the photo; posed mice; liquid droplets/splash photos; etc etc etc...

You're doing fine, shoot what inspires you... even if the inspiration comes while surfing the web and seeing someone else's attempt.
