I thought it was a good photo. I gave it a 7. The flag complements the people, and the bubbles are an extra bonus. I have to agree about the square crop; another shape would suit this photo better. I might have cropped the top left window out as it is fighting for attention, but then again, you would lose some of those bubbles.

Um the lens flares are bubbles, and IMO the flag suits the photo perfectly.

What an excellent idea for the challenge! And I'm very impressed with your ability to create all the colors. I'd have had several just blue, several just red, etc. I think you did a darn fine job executing this (and prefer it to the other tampon shot) and agree that this particular edit is a bit better than the one you entered. Still, a fine idea!
