BH Taxiby MelethiaComment: EQUIPMENT + APPLICATION of Knowledge and Experiance = PICTURES
Yeah, they got me, too. Those ravenous vampires, they suck the blood out of photographers, claiming you can't do Weddigs with a 27 exposure throwaway film camera or Barbie camera. It's not the equipment "ALONE", it's the preperation, execution, and talent. Knowing the right people and being in the right place and time. Remembering basic things like removing lens cap, unless Len is bald headed.
You do need some decent Photographic Equipment.
Their online search engine beats Adorama by a mile. Like wakeup Ado-n-17St.
I like the post processig. I would like to see three photogs aiming at the store or at you, from the store with synched strobes. Or shooting each other. |

Balloognaby tateComment: I pulled the trigger on this one. This should have done better. Maybe you should've entered the shot of me with the smiley face balloon as my head. There were a few others like that. |

En Vougeby LalliSigComment: Nice, I like how the smoke/fog seems to silhouette the contours of the subject, too. What a lucky coincidence. |

Waiting for the Answerby MAKComment: How did you get him to pose, enticed him with, food I bet. Or threatened to eat his other/otter friends. Poor thing he's praying for you to not shoot him with your canon.
:-) I shot 3 meerkats for the 3's challenge, then forgot to enter them last weekend. |

Gazeby sprite777Comment: Seems like the subject's inserting eye drops of light for contact lenses.
I think the half circle ufo, at the top could be removed, or it might lead to the other ufo's of light landing in the eye. An interesting profile with good shadows. |

Sales and Consult by chesireComment: Could be just for me..
Kind of unusual to not see a dividing wall between the studio and reception area.
More lareger prints are easier to see on the walls then those that appear to be like thumbnail size. just my opinion, tryig to be helpful.
ADDED: For the best tips, visit other highly successful studios that shoot the type of pictures you do. I checked out Kent Smith Photography last year. He shoots H.S. Seniors and built up amazing outdoor/indoor studio near Columbus-OH. I took pictures of it. Message edited by author 2010-02-24 15:58:59. |
