"Burn'in down the house" - tribute to the Talking Heads

It was an abandoned, vacated, unused bird house my wife's cousin threw in the campfire in his back yard. Maybe he got a new one. Maybe termites took it over. I didn't ask him the reason.

No birds were hurt or left homeless in the making of this photo.

I would love to see this with just the one black-n-white cow.
Great for a commercial or printed ad.
Added: Also reminds me of some old record album cover, maybe by Pink Floyd.

I love this style of lighting, with just a touch of reflective light or a small fill-in flash. That avoids some possible white-out highlights of the hair that may not have any pixels of color and then not be able to print.

The sun and a reflector is the cheapest light source. You can use an accordian-fold window sun reflector placed on dashboards of pickup trucks. "SystemPro Reflecta Disc" makes nice large circular one, like the 41" diameter 5-in-1 pack (reflective, Silver, White, Gold, combination Gold-Silver, and Translucent White) The wire frame folds down and the 4-sided cover unzips to use the reverse sides.

Congratulations on that really fast ribbon.
Good composition and many paths for a user to follow in the moody lighting. Such as foreground to background, dark to light. Seems like the camera was probably on a tripod very close to the lamp, right? I'd like to see a rat or mouse walking across the floor.

You're the kind of person that would probably throw a chocolate bar into a crowded swimming pool.
