I like the concept, but not sure about the finished product. I think that the light spot on the train is too much of a distraction from the other great colours created in the image. The two smaller lights in the middle are not too bad, but perhaps another position along the tracks without these two lights would have been a better option. Not sure when or for how long you exposed this but maybe to lessen the main light starting the shot earlier, (while further away) would lessen the effect. If this was the effect you were after then I congratulate you.
