Thank you very much for the positive comments. I entered close to the end of the challenge, picking my picture from what I had taken during the week, with no knowledge beforehand of the weeks challenge; and sent it with no editing. I was very pleased to be given such high marks overall when I had put no thought or extra effort into searching for the right shot... in fact, not even knowing the topic.

Nice rendition of chain and flower. There were other attempts in this challenge to deal with the lighting on rust and flowers. This is the only one to really pull it off. I just find the composition itself a little unsatisfying. Some greater harmony in the curves of flower and chain would help.

I really like this, so I have to point out the one thing that bothers me, and that is the spider web? string? fuzz line between the topmost petal and the green leaf behind it.
