the "seagulls" are camera movement... very clever! your camera shake has created a completely flat, abstract piece. a real standout in this challenge. I like the texture of it, and the simplicity of the palate.

The Forever Dream

it's the imperfections that charm me. the "dirty" blue and pink of the sky, the stripes peeking through the silhouette of her pants, and in general the way the foreground is not quite dark enough to be a true silhouette. all of this makes the shot more real to me and therefore more effective. One imagines that this couple does have a sense of reality, that the bond that holds them together now really will last forever.

I love the hair on those horses! I also love the foggy backdrop; it seems like a whole other world in the background. I also love the band of colorfulness across the middle of the photo. Such vibrant color right out of the camera! good job.

a tremendous candid shot. I can guess at so much about the relationship between these two women. The foreground people, which I'm sure others will complain about, put the subject in a larger context without distracting from it.

I gave this picture a 7. It intrigues the hell out of me. It looks like a row of televisions on a floor of woodchips, and each television is showing a video of the floor of woodchips. It looks like an art installation. and definitely it is about desolation. I think I underscored it.
