This comment reflects my feelings on the shot almost exactly. I also gave it a 5. I thought it was a competent shot but it just didn't grab me at all, despite me being a Christian also. With the article you wrote it would and does fit perfectly but, of course, that was not available in voting.

The focus seems to be more on the tail than the head, I'd prefer it to be right on the eyes if possible.

I feel you've sold yourself short here by going B&W, most bazaars like this teem with colour which you could probably have saturated a bit more and had a much more stand out image. Granted, you may see this in a NG but for DPC consumption I feel colour would have been better.
