I really like the texture and lines, but knowing it's grapefruit, I'd rather see it in a warmer color--pink, orange, red, whatever.

the casual dress of the woman is in total contrast with elegance of the interior of the church, and in this case, serves only as a distraction rather than enhancing the image. Had she been dressed in something more elegant and appropriate to the surroundings, it might have worked better.

It needs a bit more contrast, you've got some keystoning going on so I would have either straightened it out using perspective crop or else removed the left bit of the image which makes it so obvious. It also looks a tad soft but that might be the image reduction.
