Very noisy but otherwise an excellent photo. If I may, I'd suggest Noise Ninja, I just purchased the standalone + plugin version from my local photo store for $80. I was a bit unsure, but after playing around with it a bit, I'm quite impressed. The trial version is very good as well, but only does small images.

Cool photo...It seems to be quite well focused for being so close. I think it may have helped a little if you had straightened it up a little. That is very minor but I have to pick something out. He looks to be on a little of a slant. It must have been interesting holding a turtle and a camera at the same time, right? Great overall. 8
