I really can't see what is garbage here. This looks like a broken down old wagon but it's hard to tell - it could be a wheel barrow. The compostion would have been much better if the clump of grass wasn't smack in the middle and if more of the wagon thing was in the picture. If you had just shifted the camera more to the left it might have been a stronger picture. Perhaps you couldn't have because of something in the way.
