Compositionally, this shot is very good. you have the toy in the right side of the frame so that it is not centered, and it is facing in. This gives it a well-balanced feeling. Also, having the toy turned on the angle is better than having it facing straight, I believe. I also like that you shot from "below" the subject.

Technically, the lighting seems a bit harsh. While the shadows are almost enough to give it a dramatic effect, they almost give it a "flashed" look. Did you experiment with diffusing it any? If the background was darker, it may help add to the dramatic effect, instead of brightening the shot up. Also, I think that since the colors of the toy are predominantly "warm" colors, a "cool" background would work better. Green would really highlight the red and blue would bring the yellow out nicely. Finally, the focus is a bit out at the top, and while it isn't a big deal, it is one of the first things I noticed.

Overall, a nice shot, that is technically well done. If I need to further clarify or explain myself, please let me know.
