	No Cop - No Stop by gr8dane Comment by posthumous: actually the brightness at the turn position does look like a stop (even if he didn't) but that just contradicts your title (no score deduction for that!). The photo works great. Using light to tell a story! I love it. It's not a "good-looking" picture, but you get a 9 for pure concept.
