Interesting photo...

I would have to agree with klstover and say that you score might have suffered from the lack of an indicator as to the scale.

Only the bubbles in the glass or the jell, which aren't noticeable at first, give away the fact that is is not taken on a lake or the ocean. The blue appears to be a cloudy sky in a background blurred by a short depth of field.

I really like the color of the green and the shapes, the upper third of the frame serves as more of a distraction.

I don't know how much more room you had to work with, lower on the vase. However, the texture and shape of the green and more bubbles, if you could get them, might make for a very interesting abstract.

Hard to tell this is a macro. But it is such an amazingly beautiful abstract. Green is my favorite color and this shot is just so nice to look at.

It's a nice shot of firworks. It doesn't particulary stand out that much from the rest, but the technicals are good.
