Rippled Reflection.by timmeriowaComment: A nice idea though the execution is not as strong as it could be. The rippled pattern takes over the shot and breaks up the reflections of the branches up too much. A good shot for a water challenge, just not this one I'm afraid. |

Branch and shadowby HVGB_photosComment: Nice idea, though the berry could have been caught in focus since it's such a prominant part of the composition. I like it's use to break up the branch and draw the eye though. |

Branches of Steelby sgauriaComment: Great shot, well composed and excellent use of line. Suits the challenge well, and a novel approach. Seems slightly underexposed, but I'm guessing this was deliberate to try make the colours more vivid and enhance the impact of the silhouette. |

God's Morning Jewelsby paul58Comment: The Whitebalance (WB) needs to be set on your camera for such cloudy conditions to fix the darkness in the shot. Could do with arranging the compositrion a bit so the web is still evident but takes a smaller role and lets the branch seem more obvious. |

Beaver-Chewed Branchby StrikeslipComment: The burned corner should be cropped, and if the theme is suppossed to be the chewmarks from the beaver then the focus should be on the far branch cut. |
