Bodyscapeby tariqueComment by Kavey: This is a beautiful image - the lighting is flattering to the skin tones and the composition is really unusual.
I'm not sure I like the inclusion of the hair - I think either more or none would work better in terms of composition, for me. And, although I like the texture and stripes of the cloth on her body, it feels a little too neatly folded and placed - I wonder if it would be more interesting with a few folds in it?
Altogether a wonderful image. |

Bodyscapeby tariqueComment by jenesis: Beautiful compostion! Very well toned, I like the choice of B&W but also leaves me wondering what the color version was like. Excellent take on the challenge! 8 |

Bodyscapeby tariqueComment by Natator: Beautiful shot. I love the unusual contrqst by using that cloth (???) against the smoothe skin. Love it. |

Aquaris - The Waterbearerby tariqueComment by Koriyama: Tarique,
You deserved and got a good score with this entry. You clearly met the challenge. The set up was effective, even a touch sexy. There's a lovely softness on the model and the hint of nudity with drapery really lends itself to an ancient Greek theme.
Did you notice a rather strange top left corner? No, I'm sure you didn't. |

Aquaris - The Waterbearerby tariqueComment by tarique: Thanks to everyone for my highest till date score despite the obvious goof-up with the backdrop. Those of you who said they wanted to see more of the model - the intention of the picture was to evoke that that tantalising appeal... and want for more... |

Aquaris - The Waterbearerby tariqueComment by casualguy: Nice softness and exposure. Critique: To much of the subject is being hidden, gives me a cheated feeling. Top left corner got missed (picky, picky, I know). Great vase. |

Aquaris - The Waterbearerby tariqueComment by dieselbiscuit: Good concept. I think the pose might have worked better if you'd been able to get more of a curve into her right arm and leg to mirror the shape of the pitcher - the angularity seems to detract from the whole. |
