A single sat of red might work here, although it's almost naturally that way as it is. I like the earthiness of it. I'd not have the shoe dead centered.

photographicaslly - the BG is too bright - it draws my eye from the focal point you want - the person in the foreground. fill flash is needed to balance this and get my eye to go where it needs to go. DOF is good

I don't really get why this is 1783 but the image itself is very captivating. the highlights on the red thing in the center is distracting but other than that you have quite a photo. 7
