Just Passing Throughby mpetersComment: Thanks for the votes and comments! I had this image in my mind when we realized our annual boys camping trip lined up perfectly with NEOWISE. It is multiple images and I'll give a more detailed description later. Mark |

You will never have this day again so make it countby pgirish007Comment: A couple of comments -- take them from a my perspective as an aspiring landscape photographer. The scene is pleasing and looks like it has potential for sure. Suggest bringing down the green saturation on the rocks. Always check your horizon - on DPC(and elsewhere), crooked horizons grab the viewers attention and that typically isn't the photographer's intent. Regarding your positioning/composition - suggest a camera location to the right of pictured. You could have kept the vivid green rocks in the frame but used the line of breaking surf to create a stronger leading diagonal from foreground to background. The water movement around the rocks in the sea would have been retained and although the sun would may have moved to the right in your composition, I believe the overall composition would have been improved.
One mans opinion. Happy shooting! |
