Do you think I was the only one that noticed that she is drawing in on the cigar? I don't think there should be smoke in that case. I believe the low score was for pc. Still a very moving picture.

Really nice shot, gets the point of the challenge across exceptionally well, love the black and white and the composition is pleasing, but I would love to have seen some smoke curling all around on the left side to balance the shot a little more. Not crazy about the drop shadow on the border.

I like this one a lot because of the emotion within it. She looks like it is a sensual experience. It looks almost too personal and private to be happening out in public. Good capture. This might have been good in the propaganda challenge. It sure makes me want to light up, literally.
Updating.. I'm bumping this up to 10. It's her nostril that's giving me the feeling that she is really enjoying that cigar. It looks like it's flared. Plus her eyes being closed. Good luck.

I quite like this b & w, and do not mind the drop shadow border, although the overall size of the image may have been somewhat diminished by it. What I would have liked to see, is a little (or big) puff of smoke - not just for topicality, but to add a lil visual jazz and, hopefully, blur the background further than it is. The savory expression on the subjects face is credible. The choice of a woman smoking a cigar, also, is more interesting than the stereotype.
