Spontaneous Enjoymentby rishinicolaiComment by tonyv: I think I understand what you are trying to do here. But it doesn't work for me. It seems like the camera was moved during the exposure. For this to really give the impression of movement I would expect that the static things (walls, floors, picture frames, etc.) to be sharp and in focus. |

The warm fuzzy feelingby rishinicolaiComment by tpoc: a pretty, soft focus flower shot. the dof works nicely. not visually exciting for me in its composition, though--more of a standard flower shot, to my eye. what could be done differently to make this particular flower shot stand out from others? |

Amongst this confusing riot of color and movement is a central little figure.... the anchor for my eyes. Without that little boy in focus, this wouldn't have worked - HE makes the shot. 8 |
