fantastic picture - awful title, and even worse alternative titles ;-)

i think you picked the best out of a bad bunch...

it could be interpreted as `Life` or `Creation` perhaps - in that he is holding life in his hands, this is depicted by the fact that darkness surrounds him - nothingness - yet in all of this is the fantastically bright orb, which gives light - perhaps also hope.

my take on it anyway ;)

i love the idea you have here, for the composition, but this image doesn't work for me - it doesn't capture what you were trying to do, well.

I'm not sure why, i can only think perhaps the lighting and crop/framing.
