Days Endby lenox114Comment by jerryc12: Violates "rule of thirds" for no good reason. Would make a much better composition if left side to left of train were cropped off. |

Days Endby lenox114Comment by Melethia: Meets the challenge and the sky is quite nice, but it's a bit on the bland side. |

Days Endby lenox114Comment by 2Shay: Nice photo and fitting Title. Although I am not a "rule of thirds" fanatic, I think this photo might have benefited from it's use. I would have cropped a large portion off the left, moving the engine into the "magic spot" I don't think the buildings and billboards add to the photo. I do like the color of the sky contrasting with the silver and yellow of the train. |

Woody and the Boysby lenox114Comment by posthumous: I think you were a victim of woodie prejudice! This is a great shot that takes good advantage of the negative effect with your luminescent shadows. The composition and the model position is highly charged. |

Woody and the Boysby lenox114Comment by lenox114: Thanks guys. Some people commented on the noise in the photo which came from the black rubber mat I used. I could have used PS to take out the "noise" or just used A smooth background. My point was/is that the background is part of the picture. Anyway, again thats for the comments. We all will do better next time. |
