Good subject matter and I love those reflections. This is just my opinion, but I think the shot would benefit from some cropping on the right hand side -- maybe make it a square crop. Not much going on on the right hand side and the concrete rim draws my eye out of the frame. OTOH, if you square cropped, you'd lose a lot of the lovely reflections.

Good idea, but I'm not that crazy about the rough part of the texture you overlaid. To me it makes her look like she's got something bad on her face. IMNSHO, something smoother would have worked better.
