I love how people take something and just make it look like it has been set up in a studio for a picture. Here you took a picture of a neighborhood and adjusted the lighting so it looks like there is a prop light right on it.

You have some really great colors but there is nothing that really is popping out other than the lighting. I think that when you do this you should have a subject that is just outstanding and WOW.

Seems overprocessed to me, perhaps oversharpened. You have a really nice straight horizon, which is very good and you kept with the rule of thirds, so compositionally you did a good job.
