Not too old to play with duckiesby kim5814Comment: This image tickles me every time I look at it. I love the gentle, self-effacing humor. I don't care if the colors and composition leave a bit to be desired. One of my favorites. 8 |

Laundry Dayby CEJComment: I'm trying to find something I would have done differently and can't. A wonderfully humorous concept coupled with a really fine technique. 9 |

God, Can You Hear Me Now?by lshlesComment: This was a challenge to shoot. Drove 35 miles on a hazy day with the heat index of 110. Sky was milky white. I had to find a mall parking lot where I could get the steeple and antenna to line up correctly. From three quarters of a mile I zoomed my 75-300 full and took about 50 shots.
I got slammed for the sky color. I love the comment that a few fluffy clouds would have been nice. We haven't had a fluffy cloud here in two weeks. In fact, the first rain here was three hours after the deadline on the rain challenge. Now I'm getting slammed on doing a drought theme. hehe, ain't life a hoot. There are days I wish I lived in Iceland! |

Freckles and the Fluteby LN13Comment: Excellent color, wonderful quality. An oasis amidst the garish rock images. Real serenity, you can almost hear a whooshing sound. |

Concert in the Parkby fredandaudComment: The conductor looks totally underwhelmed! Actually, there is a peculiar static quality to the image, as though they are statues frozen in time. |
