greater dof would help this image be more effective, imho, and there's a bit of an overexposure on the right hand side. that said, i do like the colors presented and the general idea behind the shot.

I think this is an excellent portrait. I'm not so sure about being an Ad though. Some of the earring is covered by her hair and without seeing the entire piece of jewelry, I probably would not be interested in buying it.
Focus and clarity are very good. Very nice eyes, and detail in the earring.
The lighting is uneven. There are some patches which are bright and there are also shadows. That doesn't destroy the photo, but it is noticable.
I like how the color of the shirt and earring is similar. It doesn't distract, but I think it adds to the photo. The background is nice. blurred green, nothing distracting there.
Again, this is a really good portrait, but in my opinion, not as good of an ad.

General: My first impression is of the colour and texture displayed in your image. Also, the separation between each piece of paper make nice leading lines.

Composition: The placement of the lightest coloured paper seems a bit to central and makes the image feel a bit out of balance. Three pieces of paper may have worked better (blue, red, gold). Also, since the separation lines are vertical the image may have worked better with a vertical composition to emphasize these lines.

Exposure: The exposure on the blue and red paper seems right however on the others there seems to be too much glare therefore reducing the contrast between the gold leaf and the paper itself. A different shooting angle may have improved this.

Impact: The vibrant colours of the paper is what brings the impact to this image however the lightest colour paper feels out of place as it draws the viewers attention from the others. The lightest colour in a field of darker colours will always draw the viewers attention.

Keep shooting.

The tilted horizon and the bland subject don't do much for me. Maybe taking a different angle on the hat would help. 4

Great Photo! I would have made sure that the top of the ear was not showing but rather the bottom even if it was only slightly visable so we could see the clip more. Love the angle of the models head and the look in her eye - bumping up
