looks a bit oversharpened (i guess you first used usm to sharpen and then neat image to reduce noise but both a little too much for my taste)

Hope Everlastingby Picture ThisComment: i really like the overoll bright appaerence of your pic.
the pose of that cute little angel and the negative space is great!
what i dislike is the green/blue shadow around her and the lack of contrast.
