Color seems a bit washed out to me. If the rose petals were a brighter shade it might have had more impact.

I'd like this a little more if the stuff in the background were white. I'm not sure if it was originally that tan color or not, but it makes the white balance feel "off". Beautiful composition and idea, though.

Took me a while to figure out the background. I think advertising people tend to sell the image/lifestyle rather than the product itself in these cases.....the lipstick container isn't particularly attractive whereas the woman applying it would have to be
