Aside from the obvious too small comment, the white balance is off, and the highlights are blue. Also, the contrast has room for improvement. Compositionally, this would have been nicer if you were able to get a closer shot of the face, possibly showing more detail.

I'm not sure the natural framing is working for me with this shot. I like the photo, but would like it much better if basketball wasn't what was going on in the background. I think because its hidden too much, it becomes distracting.

A bit dark, but otherwise nice idea. I could see a poster of this hanging over the sports section in a department store. If you can clean this up a bit more, it would make a great stock photo.
