Although I wasn't around to vote for this one, I have to say.. it's really a great shot!

Although I can't help thinking it would be a LITTLE bit better if the guy had been on fire.

Great expression on her face. Certainly says 'lust' with discomforting intensity. There are a lot of confusing issued with the shot, though. For example, the upper right hand corner is a lot of empty space. And the tension in the woman's hand seems in conflict with the rest of the shot. Still, the sinful mood comes across well. 9 - chrisab.

This is nice. I think it's a little over exposed for my taste. The sky is too bright for a night shot, and some of the brighter lights are overblown to the point of distraction. But the reflection on the river is very nice, and the colors are good. 7 - chrisab.

I SO know how you feel! Living in Seattle and seeing the mountain off in the distance on a clear day is just one of the most amazing sites. Communicating the mountain along with the city is sort of the holy grail of Seattle Photography, I guess. And it's a really tough shot to get. I tried many shots of this as well and decided in the end that I couldn't express the whole scene on 'film' as I saw it. That's a big part of photography, I think - editing reality. If we were meant to capture the entire scene as it really existed, photography would be mostly 360 degree 120mm film loops :) Anyway, 6.66 is a very respectable score.. good job!

It's too bad it's so hard to really get Rainier to stick out in this picture. I've tried several times myself! Nice exposure on the needle. A little too much dead space along the bottom. 7.

This was a daring idea. You are very brave for crafting an image of this type. And while I 'get' it, I have to say that this doesn't move me quite the way I might have wished to be moved. Also, the edges look a little jaggy. And stuff.

Great shot. I like the way the way the image is molded into the 'negative space'. One of the most original concepts for the challenge, and well done. 9 - chrisab.
