Not aesthetically pleasing, but then that's not what the challenge called for. This seems to capture exactly what was required. The texture is remakably clear in both the lettering and the background.

The backlight seems blown out and makes the squirrel appear fuzzy. The composition isn't really minimalist, but I do appreciate the squirrel's casual pose with his paw up on the tree.

Ooh my gawd! This opened up and just tickled me pink. Gave me quite a smile and chuckle. I think it actually fits the challenge too. I like the composition. Good dof and exposure too. Wow cute animal, wish we had them in my country. But I wish it was another competition since this isn't very suitable for minimalism in my mind.
