Good lighting and composition. Focus looks good. Only thing I would suggest is having the head facing the camera a little more so both eyes are equally visible.

Great shot. In my neighborhood on 9th Ave there's the Ninth Avenue Food Festival which I usually take a quick stroll through each year. I live on 9th so that's easy but there's always street dancing going on in all sorts of forms and variations. In short, there are some great characters studies to be found, prime for the picking and after seeing this shot...I'm now on a mission. Thanks for the inspiration.

Well, I said I would eat his hat if this didn't make the Top 20. No one's gonna hold me to that I hope. I thought this photo may have been taken in New York, you see, but here's the thing: I just don't have the funds to go tracking this guy down in Israel and besides, he probably likes his hat.
