Hard Workingby glad2badadComment by livitup: An interesting setting makes for a better than average shoes photo. The color really pops on this one too, which is nice. Maybe put a lumberjack in those boots (from the knee down or so) and it would have been a 10 in my opinion. |

Eyes Of The Mothby glad2badadComment by Rikki: This appeals to me very much and I am surprised that I'm the first one to comment on this wonderful macro. The textures here are amazing. It gets a bit blurry down the center and edges but it doesn't take away from the beauty of this composition. |

Black Snakeby glad2badadComment by PollyBean: Great shot. The snake is nice and sharp, and the composition is very pleasing. His slithery sheen looks well. Good lines too, they add movement. Despair & Lonelinessby glad2badadComment by metoecus: The smooth tones of the girl's face compete with the specks on the window. Either adding noise to the entire image or cloning out the grit on the glass would have improved the image. The way that her nose lines up with the corner of the window makes the image feel somewhat off-balance. |
