Shhh... Don't disturb!by richabhatiaComment: OMG! I'm going to check my composure in a mirror ASAP! This is too funny. ;^) One note on your image...you should always try to max out one side to the allowable 640 pixels. |

Branchesby xlr8tnComment: Nice idea...this would score higher if the post-processing wasn't so extreme. I like the composition. |

Forest Bridge Sepiaby NeuferlandComment: I'm liking this one better than the color version. Less distracting and allows the focus to be the bridge. Well composed and a nice interesting image to look at. Makes me want to grab my hiking shoes!
Smile and keep having fun! ;^) |

Painted Skyby PhilosComment: Hmmm....sure looks a lot like the "Here's the same shot 4 day's later" posted in the 'Tranquility' shot photographers comments for the 'Reflections...' challenge. ;^)
Did you use a flash to illuminate the reeds on the right? Adds an interesting dimension to this image. |

Virginityby alihComment: Interesting message - certainly appropriate for the challenge theme, and clever at that.
The story is a bit muddled. It's evident that somebody is missing some clothes and something sexy is going on. But, did they or didn't they? If they did then tsk-tsk on them as the condom package is unopened. If they didn't then why are the clothes still there?
Point I'm trying to make in a VERY long-winded manner...the package should have been open and empty with the way this is currently setup. JMO of course. And something to indicate a man is present (discarded clothing - maybe a tie) would help also.
Technically the image is fine. The condom package is focal and positioned using ROT. Lighting and focus is right on.
Good luck in the challenge. |

Black Seaby rhon_58Comment: I understand your approach with the Black Sea being delicate in your opinion. Cool, gotcha.
The image composition is nearly correct by including the foreground grass as you have and the beach waterline makes a nice diagonal line. One thing you missed was the orientation as the image is tilted - needs to be rotated CW about 2 degrees to straighten the horizon.
Something you may want to consider is the time of day for this photo. Being mid-afternoon the lighting is flat and the sky is hazy. A UV filter on your camera would help the haze and a polarizer could bring out the clouds a little more. If your camera can't use filters then timing is even more critical. Early or late day sun will cast some shadows and give more depth to the image, especially the foreground in this case. If none of the above options are available then in post-processing add some contrast and play with highlights/shadows some...
Oh BTW - don't forget to turn off the date/time stamp! ;^) Good luck in the challenge. |
