Wondering if this is big and shot to look small or something really small that's shot so it looks too big. This is a nice shot and would probably work well in a study/collection of other shots.

These pedals look like they were cut from pink velour. Very cool. More contrast might have brought out the texture some more... I might have preferred a tighter crop on the one, or slide the framing over to the left some...

Back-lighting was an interesting idea. Really brings attention to the hairs along the edges.

I might have liked a tighter crop though, showcasing just that curled bit at the end... Maybe w/ out the red string

Moss

Moss seems like it would be so cool to photograph up close like this (I've tried) but it doesn't feel like it delivers. It's like taking a photo of the top of a forest w/o the misty hills, calm lake, or majestic mountains. Just lacks focus...

I do like the lighting, though... As a whole, this makes me think of Christmas.

Very dramatic/dynamic lighting... Almost too bright in one spot. Great contrast w/ the grey/green and red.

The framing loses me a little, with all the space in the bottom corner but not enough to look intentional.
